1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of DATVEX TECH - FZCO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

DATVEX TECH - FZCO provides technology consulting services including but not limited to:

  • CRM data migration and ETL solutions
  • Custom software development
  • IT and management consultancy
  • Data transformation and integration services

3. Data Migration Services

For data migration projects, the following terms apply:

  • Client is responsible for providing accurate access credentials and data to be migrated.
  • We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data throughout the migration process.
  • Migration timelines are estimates and may vary based on data volume and complexity.
  • Post-migration validation is included to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client data with the highest level of confidentiality. Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel involved in the specific project. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties without explicit consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon in individual service agreements. Specific pricing, milestones, and payment schedules will be outlined in the project proposal or contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% data accuracy in all migrations, DATVEX TECH - FZCO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All tools, processes, and methodologies developed by DATVEX TECH - FZCO remain our intellectual property. Client data remains the property of the client at all times.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, we will securely return or delete all client data per the client's instructions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the regulations applicable to the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ).
